Cassorian Systems Ltd. is a software engineering firm registered in Ireland. This policy applies to our public website and to the enquiries we receive through it. It does not govern the systems we build for clients, which run on client-owned infrastructure under the client's own policies.

When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide: typically your name, organisation, email address, and the details of your enquiry. We use this solely to respond to you and to discuss a possible engagement.
Our website does not run third-party advertising trackers. We keep any analytics minimal and aggregate, and we do not sell or share your information.

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, to scope and deliver work where an engagement begins, and to meet our legal and contractual obligations. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Retention
We retain enquiry information for as long as it is needed to serve the purpose for which it was provided, and then delete it. Where an engagement begins, retention is governed by the contract between us.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing. We will respond to any such request within the time the law requires.
